Join Shonna for a nourishing two hour workshop. Inspired by restoration and introspection, we'll move through a Yin Yoga practice, Yoga Nidra session and dive into self reflection to reframe and calibrate our trajectory from a clear space.
This practice is open to all levels of student, from first timer's to thousandth timers. For those new to these styles, Yin Yoga is a slower practice built on a pillar of mindful movement and working with calming the nervous system. Yoga Nidra is considered to be deep rest that offers benefits equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep.
