Feel welcome to join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. Bring yourself and maybe a loved one (or two)!

This weekly class has been taking place for over 10 years! You'll find us on Sunday's from September through May at 10:15am - 11:15am (MST). No class on December 22 or 29/24.

Suggested Class Cost: Students - $5/$10, General - $10/$15

i) Folks can pay cash at venue,

Please note, these classes are made possible by a "pay what you can" system. If you are able to pay for class, please do. This allows us to continue to be sustainable in a number of ways including holding a rental space year round and that our instructors are paid fairly for their time and energy.

If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us.
