Join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. This weekly class has been taking place for over 10 years! You'll find us on Sunday's from September through May at 10:15am - 11:15am (MST).

Class Cost: Students - $5/$10, General - $10/$15

Please note, these classes are made possible by a "pay what you can" system. This allows us to continue to be sustainable in a number of ways including holding a rental space year round and that our instructors are paid fairly for their experience and education.
