We are honoured to host a community yoga practice in celebration of the facility who has graciously housed our regular Yoga practices since 2014. Join Shonna on Saturday, May 13th for a free yoga class, accessible to all levels of practitioners, ages 13+.

For those who would like to join, sign up is required through Casa. Spaces are limited so sign up soon!

Location: Casa, Upper Dance Studio

We are thankful for the beautiful dance studio that has allowed thousand's of folks access to a weekly yoga practice over the years. Though class is free (thank you, Casa!), anyone wishing to donate can do so directly with Casa. Your gift supports art programming including bursaries for children and youth, and AMAPA Classes (Accessibility Modified Art Progamming for Adults) for adults with special needs.
