Please join us for a Cosmic month of Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath, led by Jasmine of KARMICSOULS888.

The Experience:
You will be guided into a 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep), followed by a 20 minute Sound Healing experience. There will be the option to close the session with journalling or group sharing (always optional).

Classes are by suggested sliding scale ($10, $15, $20 per class). Pre-registration is recommended though drop in’s are welcomed. Sign up can be completed on website or via email to: popupyogalethbridge@gmail.com.

Classes will be held at Casa in YQL in the Upper Dance Studio, which has elevator access for those requiring mobility assistance.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye pillow and any other comfort items you would like.
