Spring Equinox cOMmunity Yoga Vol. 8 (March 13th)

  • Lethbridge, AB Canada (map)

Join us at the Galt Museum for our 8th Annual Community Yoga Practice.

Yoga Practice: 10:15a - 11:30a
Closing Meditation + Raffles: 11:30a - noon

Flowing with the rhythms of nature, Spring marks the beginning of a new time,
time to renew, time to be reborn, time to restart as humans beings. It is when we are able to create positive changes in our lives and our community. The Spring Equinox Community Yoga Practice will gather the city together for (what is annually) the biggest Yoga practice in Lethbridge, with the purpose of connecting with our inner selves and importantly, those around us.

The whole community is invited regardless of age, gender, religion or experience practicing yoga. Join this special gathering of local and community for our practice; meditating to connect on this auspicious day as we raise the vibration together.

We are truly thankful and excited to bring Spring Yoga Equinox Event for the eighth time to our
community. The last time we practiced in person in 2019, we gathered over 120 people at the Galt Museum. This year – Sunday March 13th - we hope to expand our reach.

Proceeds will be donated to Canadian Mental Health Association - Lethbridge Chapter (CMHA). CMHA promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. The CMHA accomplishes this mission through advocacy, education, research and service. CMHA branches across Canada provide a wide range of innovative services and supports to people who are experiencing mental illness and their families. These services are tailored to the needs and resources of the communities where they are based. One of the core goals of these services is to help people with mental illness develop the personal tools to lead meaningful and productive live

If you are able to join us, we would love to see you. Please feel welcome to register online to guarantee a space. If you are interested in donating an item for the raffles, please reach out to Shonna at: popupyogalethbridge.com.

We are thankful and excited to celebrate the turning of the seasonal wheel with you all!

Love,

Shonna

Please note - all participants will be required to meet public health guidelines set out at the time of practice as the Galt Museum is a City owned Facility.

Should restrictions change, we will refund all monies, unless you’d prefer to have us forward your donation to the charity of CMHA.
