Please join us for a Level 1/2 Ashtanga Yoga Flow.
A mixture of the first, second and third series from the Ashtanga Lineage, this class blends the traditional practice with poses familiar from the much loved, vinyasa flow variety. (Think Dancer’s Pose, Pigeon, Side Plank). This class will build strength and endurance. Curiosity and an open mind isn’t necessary, but it helps. Options, modifications and props are used to make this practice as accessible as possible.
All levels welcome. All are welcome. Sliding scale of $5/$10 for practice. If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us.
