Please join us for a one hour Flow Yoga practice with our newly trained 200 Hour Vinyasa Teachers.

Each of the teachers of these classes have completed our Flow State 200 hour YTT training and we are so excited to have them share their gifts with our community.

Classes are by optional donation ($0, $5, $10). Pre-registration can be completed on website or via email to: popupyogalethbridge@gmail.com.

Classes will be held at the East Lawn at Gyro Park. Should weather not be in our favour, we will move class to Casa, Upper Dance Studio.
