Join us for summer yoga in the park. Yoga + Community + Nature. What more could we ask for and it's wonderful to be here with you all.

We’ll meet at the North parcel of Henderson Lake for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class, all are welcome. (The same location as last year). The location is right near the concession and by the North Parking lot.

Drop in's welcome or feel free to pre-register. Classes are made possible on an honorary system of pay what you can (suggested $5/$10 students, $10/$15 for general). If you are unable to pay at this time, please join us and offer an exchange of compassion/kindness in the community the same day. Etransfers can be made to: popupyogalethbridge@gmail.com.

If weather or air quality is dicey, we'll move to Casa Dance Studio. All pre-registrants will be emailed 2 hours before class time and we'll announce on IG and FB stories for those who haven't pre-signed up.

You might bring a blanket or towel in case the grass is dewy. Some folks like to use sunscreen and / or bug spray.
