Join us in the Heart of Downtown at the corner of 3rd Avenue + 6th Street South for a free cOMmunity yoga practice in proud partnership with Downtown Lethbridge as we Light Up Festival Square during a multi day celebration (June 22 - 25). This drop in class is being generously offered by Downtown Lethbridge at no cost to participants. Just bring your mat, some water and your sweet self!

Your Instructor: Heidi Davis will be leading a gentle, slow yoga class suitable for all bodies in front of the Telegraph Taphouse. No previous experience with yoga necessary. The class will be focused on breath, movement and peace as we gather for an all level gentle flow class. Heidi offers an inclusive yoga experience that is inspired by story, spirit and the land! You can catch her teaching Free Yoga in the Park on Wednesday’s at the Boys and Girls Club (5:30p) in partnership with Family Ties Yoga. On June 22nd, Heidi will be leading the class Honoring Indigenous Teachings Yoga, where Elder Penny Fox will add language, prayer and story to the class.
