Drop in's welcome or pre-register at popupyoga-lethbridge.com. If weather or air quality is dicey, we'll move to Casa Dance Studio. We will announce location change within 2 hours before class time on IG and FB stories unless we can tell the evening prior. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s our system. <3

You might bring a blanket or towel in case the grass is dewy. Some folks like to use sunscreen and / or bug spray.
