Join us for summer yoga in the park. Yoga + Community + Nature. What more could we ask for and it's wonderful to be here with you all.

We’ll meet at the North parcel of Henderson Lake for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class, all are welcome. (The same location as last year). The location is right near the concession and by the North Parking lot.

Drop in's welcome or pre-register at popupyoga-lethbridge.com. If weather or air quality is dicey, we'll move to Casa Dance Studio. All pre-registrants will be emailed 2 hours before class time and we'll announce on IG and FB stories for those who haven't pre-signed up.

You might bring a blanket or towel in case the grass is dewy. Some folks like to use sunscreen and / or bug spray.
