Join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. Drop in’s welcome or sign up on website. All are welcome. Class is by suggested donation ($5-$15), which allows us to continue this program in the community.

If you are unable to financially pay, please still join us. We ask you offer an act of kindness or compassion in our YQL community in an energy exchange for the teachings.
