Dress as comfortable as possible. I'm talking softest blanket, sweater, socks, etc. If you're a fidgeter, crystals can be nice to hold. If you want to sweeten your space, place an item of meaning to adorn your mat. Blocks or bolsters can be nice as well as a head pillow or eye pillow.
We will do 30mins of Yin Yoga and 30 mins of Yoga Nidra. If you have anxiety, troubles sleeping, want deeper rest in your life, this practice may soothe you.
What the snarf is a Yoga Nidra and what's in it for me?It's believed a 30 min yoga nidra practice is the equivalent to 2 - 4 hours of deep sleep. We simply run better as humans when our iOS systems are fresh and relaxed. All levels welcome. Think slow, intentional, cozy. Bring your curious self and we'll see you there.
