Lauren Hart joins us for a six-week stint at the beautiful, contemporary Southern Alberta Art Gallery. Lauren will be offering an all-levels, vinyasa flow, 75 mins in length. Class dates: Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6 & 13.

Class is by suggested donation, $10 for general, $5 for students. Proceeds from this series will be donated to the Gallery to support their youth and adult programs wide reach in our community, ensuring the continuance of arts and culture being alive, well and thriving in gorgeous #yql.

Class will be limited to 33 practitioners. Gallery opens at 5:10p for this practice.
