Morning Meditation

Meditation is a sacred healing tool and practice of balancing the body, mind and spirit. It requires no previous religious or spiritual background and is inclusive of all ages, genders, races and walks of life.

When practiced in the morning, meditation can increase awareness, positivity and general well-being throughout the rest of our day and can also aid in preventing anxiety and stress.

From now until otherwise stated, we will be meeting on the main floor of CASA (just after 9AM) and from there - weather and willingness depending - we will make our way across the street to Galt Gardens where we will do our meditation outside.
