1 hour Kids Yoga Practice at CASA (suggested donation is $5) with Cat from Moonchild Kids Yoga. Recommended ages are 6-12. A separate asana practice will run at the same time (different room) for the adults (aka, the big kids). Hope to see your smilin' faces there!
