Promoting connection, health & wellness!

We’re so happy you’re here. We presently specialize in two things:
1: Sunday Community Yoga Class at Casa
2: Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings in Lethbridge, AB.
Our 5th and final training begins January 2025.

How Do community classes work?

Our Sunday Yoga Classes are taught by well-trained and educated, Yoga Alliance Certified instructors. They are among the best teachers in Lethbridge, and each are proud graduates of our Flow State 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training led by Kendall Bowes and Shonna Lamb.

We aim to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible by creating an inclusive and accessible space. We have proudly done so since 2015. In a humble attempt to remove financial barriers to the practice, we have operated our Sunday Class on an anonymous payment system (pay what you can) since day one in 2014.

To make this work and continue to be sustainable, we ask that those that can pay for their practices do so (sliding scale of $5-$15/class), and those that cannot at this time, join us (no questions asked).

We truly thank you for your generous support; it’s key to ensuring we can continue to run our programs for (hopefully) a long, long time to come.

Heeding the call to create connection and community in meaningful ways during radical times, Agni Yoga School (AYS) was founded after a few months of lockdown in the beginning of the Pandemic in Lethbridge, AB in 2020 by Shonna Lamb, E-RYT500. At the time, AYS became Lethbridge’s very first Yoga School!

Inspired by the weekend format that made her first Yoga Training accessible, Shonna together with her colleague, Kendall Bowes, created Flow State 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training for the house-holding yogi’s of Lethbridge to get certified locally. The Vision was to plant an army of compassionate and well-trained teachers to help shift the fabric of the healing, wellness and yoga community in Lethbridge and Surrounding Area.

Pop Up Yoga born from the heart for the heart of the Lethbridge community. When we create positive changes in our selves we rise not only our energy but the one of all those around us. ~ Fabiola Perez

Yoga Nidra is a restorative practice similar to a guided meditation. Many use this type of recording to fall asleep to, down regulate a nervous system, find relaxation or to relieve stress (and lower blood pressure and resting pulse rate). With repetition, the benefits grow. Try for 30 days with a cozy blanket, eye pillow, aromatherapy or by simply laying on the floor. *Might wanna set an alarm.
